Speaker: Lulu Flores, President of the National Women’s Political Caucus www.nwpc.org. Lulu has been an active member of the NWPC for more than 13 years and has served in many capacities, including chair of the Hispanic Caucus. She is serving her third term on the board of the NWCP.
Ms. Flores is a member of the Hendler Law Firm of Austin, Texas, where one of her clients is the Mexican Bar Association of Texas. She is the Legislative Coordinator for the group when the Legislature is in session. She was the Chief of Staff of the late Texas House of Representative member, Irma Rangel.
