Precinct 399 has a new Precinct Chair! Please welcome Bill Blair to this position. Bill is a lifelong Democrat and a native of Colorado. Bill spent most of his working life as a business transaction lawyer in New York. Bill has served as a Precinct Chair in both Colorado and New York. He retired and moved to Sun City in 2007.
